Richard J. Caturano, CPA, CGMA Chairman of the Board of Directors From 2009-2012, Rich served as a member of the AICPA’s Board of Directors and its governing Council from 2006-2008. Richard chaired the Finance Committee from 2010-2011 and additionally chaired the PCPS Executive Committee and Practitioners Symposium Conference. He has also served as a member of the Major Firms Group, Special Committee on Mobility and Staffing Task Force. He graduated with a B.S. in Accounting and an M.S. in Taxation from Bentley College. Heavey Senior Manager - Communications and Consumer Education Melora manages the CPA profession’s volunteer effort, 360 Degrees of Financial Literacy, and the award-winning public service campaign, Feed the Pig. She serves as the staff liaison to the National CPA Financial Literacy Commission, the leadership body and primary spokespeople for 360 Degrees of Financial Literacy. |

Chrissy Jones, MBA Manager – International Communications and Management Accounting Chrissy manages and develops communications in support of the Chartered Global Management Accountant designation, the business, industry and government member segment and the AICPA’s various international efforts. She has an MBA in Leadership and Management and a BA in English from Penn State University. |

Edward S. Karl, CPA Vice President of Taxation Edward is responsible for the review, formulation, and submission to Congress, the Treasury Department, and the Internal Revenue Service of technical and policy recommendations for improvement of the federal tax process. Edward serves as a principal liaison for the AICPA with the Internal Revenue Service. He is also responsible for tax ethical issues including management of the AICPA’s tax standards, the Statements on Standards for Tax Services. Finally, Edward oversees the Tax Division’s delivery of services to members which focuses on helping AICPA members provide the highest quality professional tax services. |

Mark Koziel, CPA, CGMA Vice President, Firm Services & Global Alliances Mark oversees the development, ongoing improvement and delivery of services to members in PCPS/Firm Practice Management as well as International relations with various CPA related groups. He frequently speaks on CPA issues around the country. Prior to joining the AICPA, Mark Koziel served as Director of Media Planning for a political consulting firm in East Aurora, NY serving Presidential, Senate, Congressional and Governor races around the country. Mark also served as Client Director for all national public affairs clients. |

Charles E. Landes, CPA Vice President, Professional Standards and Services Charles oversees the technical activities of the Auditing Standards Board, Accounting and Review Services Committee, Accounting Standards Executive Committee and the PCPS Technical Issues Committee. Team members help committees draft and deliberate authoritative professional standards and interpretations. Team members also develop non-authoritative professional guidance such as Auditing Practice Releases, Professional Issue Task Force Alerts, Technical Practice Aid Q&As and other forms of guidance on emerging issues. Charles is a graduate of Miami University with a bachelor's degree in accounting and holds an MBA from Bowling Green State University. |

James Metzler, CPA Vice President - Small Firm Interests James leads AICPA initiatives aimed at serving the needs of practitioners, including the activities of the Private Companies Practice Section as well as the Institute’s specialized communities and accreditations. He also serves as an advocate for small firms on standard setting, legislative matters and practice issues and as liaison between the AICPA and its member firms. |

Andrea Millar, CPA/PFS Sr Technical Manager - PFP Andrea leads the AICPA Personal Financial Division. Her responsibilities include working with the PFP Executive and PFS Credential committees to drive the advocacy, education and other initiatives on behalf of the 7,500 AICPA members who specialize in providing estate, retirement, tax, investment and insurance advice to their individual clients. |
